Os Hillman - Change Agents

I've been doing a lot of reading lately on the topic of change.  Don't know exactly what that means right now but I'm guessing that some changes are going to take place soon and God is getting me ready for it.  The first book I read was written by long-time friend Phil Cooke entitled Jolt (check out the blog post).  The latest book was written by new friend, Os Hillman entitled Change Agent.

This book by Os is not exactly on change but on being a change agent.  Os writes about the stages a change agent goes through in preparation and the 7 mountain top cultural issues that a change agent needs to affect.  To listen to the interview click here or scroll down.
