According to says that having a few cups of coffee can be beneficial. Here's the break down:

  • 2 cups of coffee - may fend off strokes
  • 3 cups of coffee - may safeguard your neurons thus lowering the risk of dementia and Alzheimer's .
So, grab that extra cup of joe and have a better life!
